Online Orders

Select items from our online catalog and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts and submit your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail to verify your order. (Please note: ALL correspondence regarding your order will be through e-mail. To prevent any unnecessary delays, please make sure that the correct e-mail address is entered.) Within 2 business days, you will be updated on the status of your order. If the item ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified and given an estimated shipping date. All in-stock and available items will ship the following business day via UPS Ground Service, unless an expedited shipping method was selected during checkout. Total processing time (including shipping) may take up to 10 business days from the date ordered. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you immediately. Please note: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Air. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping to these regions. [top]

Faxed Orders

Print out and complete the order form. Fax the completed form to 1-541-552-1520. Within 2 business days, you will be updated on the status of your order. If the item ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified and given an estimated shipping date. All in-stock and available items will ship the following business day via UPS Ground Service, unless an expedited shipping method is selected. Total processing time (including shipping) may take up to 12 business days from the date the order is received. If we anticipate any delay, we will notify you immediately. Please note: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Air. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping to these regions. [top]

Mailed Orders

Print out and complete the order form. Mail the completed form with your method of payment (we do not accept personal checks) to: ShoesCentral 142 E. Main St. Ashland, OR 97520 You will be notified once your order is processed. If the item ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified and given an estimated shipping date. Total processing time (including shipping) may take up to 30 days. For faster delivery, please review our expedited shipping options. Please note: Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Air. At this time we do not offer faster shipping to these regions. [top]

Expedited Shipping

We apologize, but at this time we cannot offer expedited shipping on shoescentral.net. If you need your shoes quickly feel free to call our customer service center, they may be able to arrange expedited shipping for you over the phone.
